The culture of innovation runs deep in Corning. We meld people, processes and financial investment to deliver patentable technologies that revolutionize markets. Our scientists are an outstanding group of experts whose creativity and inspiration continually steer us toward the next great innovation.
To enable our researchers to pursue their passion for discovery, we maintain a global network of cutting-edge laboratories. Our flagship is the Sullivan Park Research Center in Erwin, N.Y. It was named for Dr. Eugene C. Sullivan a research pioneer, who was hired in 1908 to lead Corning's industrial research laboratory, one of the first established in the United States.
Corning scientists are recognized around the world for their achievements and publications.
